The Kingdom of God
I have been given an assignment of writing a small book on the subject of the Kingdom of God. This is very exciting because understanding the Kingdom of God is the key to understand the eternal plan and purpose of God in Jesus Christ.
Jesus made the Kingdom of God his message, - the centre of his life and ministry. The kingdom of God is the only thing he ever called the gospel - the good news! He was never misled by the marginal, the unimportant, the unworthwhile. He made the kingdom of God the centre - the heartbeat of his message!
What a challenge to much of the message of modern Christianity!
