I am a Norwegian, living in Bergen, Norway with Solveig, the most wonderful wife in the world, but travelling internationally. We are the parents of six children and the proud grandparents of 11 grandchildren. I am a writer, speaker and teacher enjoying life!

is to sing
in major and minor
in joy and sorrow
in longing and despair
to let life be a song
and all events be
the music and rhythm
that give the song life
